We had to wait until Zola turned one before we could take her running with us. The first year took a toll on our ability to work out, and was an exercise in patience as we attempted to teach Zola to come, stay, wait.
Those days are behind us now, and we are all ready to regain our fitness and discover the many ways that dogs and people can play together. This is an attempt to document what we learn along the way.
