If you are in the vicinity of Boulder, Colorado on Sunday, April 24th at 9:00 AM you have the chance to check 3 things off of your list before most of your friends have even rolled out of bed: 1) Show your support for a mighty good cause; 2) Get that qualifying time for the Bolder Boulder 10K, and 3) Meet the masterminds behind Iron Doggy™.
The 16th Annual Canine Classic 5K gives 100% of its proceeds to Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA), a rape crisis center serving the Boulder and Broomfield communities of Colorado. It's a mighty good cause, and the event is a perfect balance of exercise and relaxation. Finish this 5K with a time of 18:20 or less and you will qualify for the A wave of the Bolder Boulder 10K. No matter how fast (or slow) your time is, afterward, you can grab a beer and listen to the music of Boulder's own Miles Wilder in the beer garden.
Iron Doggy™ is proud to support the good folks at MESA by making the Canine Classic an Iron Doggy™ Selected Event. Even more exciting, since the Boulder Reservoir is in our neck of the woods, you can swing by our booth outside of the beer garden and give us a high-five.
